The staff at Patty House Galapagos was genuinely helpful and hospitable, addressing all my issues. The hotel is situated in a remote area very close to Santa Cruz, the supermarket, and water activities.

Spacious and huge units with all the basics. The service in the property was WELCOMING.

The triple room we stayed in was quiet with kitchenettes. The room had a living area and climate control plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. There was very amiable and fabulously friendly staff and the service was great!

Not pleasant area.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and sparkling clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were good, the showers were great, and the kitchenette had all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated having a little kitchen so we could cook dinners and have breakfast. The hotel's attention to detail in providing these basic amenities was excellent. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was a convenient base in a mostly residential area, with abundant taxis and the malecon nearby. My room was quiet, modern, and equipped with a full kitchen and microwave oven. the location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. We were right in the city center and close to all the action. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a bathroom that had hot water available. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was enough to keep us going for hours. the guesthouse had a pool and bicycles that we could rent, which made exploring the city even easier.

We did find the kitchen a bit difficult to use because of the electric hob.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this cozy hotel. the complimentary purified water and free bikes were a great addition to our stay. the hotel's location was perfect, close to town and within walking distance of attractions. Plus, the staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The walls in the room were thin, and noise could be heard from surrounding areas. the Wi-Fi was not very reliable at times.
